Terms and Conditions for Scholarship Portal Subscriptions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the scholarship portal services (the “Services”) provided by wementoryou – an unit of Amado Corazon Consultants Llp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans
   • Monthly Subscription
   • Annual Subscription
2. Service Availability Based on Subscription Plan
   • Monthly Subscription Plan:
     • Subscribers choosing the Monthly Subscription Plan will have limited access to our Services.
     • Full access to all Services will not be granted until the equivalent of the annual subscription price has been paid.
     • During the initial months of the Monthly Subscription Plan, certain features and services may be restricted.
   • Annual Subscription Plan:
     • Subscribers choosing the Annual Subscription Plan will have full access to all Services immediately upon payment.
3. Payment Terms
   • Monthly Subscription:
     • Payment for the Monthly Subscription Plan will be billed on a monthly basis.
     • Subscribers can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
   • Annual Subscription:
     • Payment for the Annual Subscription Plan must be made in full at the start of the subscription period.
     • Subscribers will receive full access to all Services upon payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   • Monthly Subscription:
     • You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time.
     • No refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the billing period in which you cancel.
   • Annual Subscription:
     • You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time.
     • Refunds for the Annual Subscription will be prorated based on the number of full months remaining in the subscription period.
5. Access to Services
   • Monthly Subscription Plan:
     • During the initial payment period, access to certain premium features may be restricted until the total payments meet or exceed the annual subscription price.
   • Annual Subscription Plan:
     • Full access to all features and Services is granted immediately upon payment of the annual subscription fee.
6. Changes to Subscription PlansWe reserve the right to modify the subscription plans, including the pricing and available Services, at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes to their subscription plan.
7. General Terms
   • All subscriptions are subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
   • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
